Greetings. I am Kevin Connolly; but you may know me by my online alias
, which I use pretty much everywhere. Henceforth and thuswise, it made sense to buy
tsilb.com and tsilb.net when they expired. The trouble I then ran into was that I had nothing to use these domains for. Since I already had a fairly comprehensive personal
website, it made sense to make this an index of my website projects and outline my online presence. Plus, now you know what it stands for. Here we go.
| Domain | Description |
| KConnolly.NET |
My main personal website - Blog, resumé, home office page, about, contact info, and photo gallery. I'd love to put a portfolio here, but most of
the work I do is protected by non-disclosure agreements. Which sucks for me, because I've built some really cool things.
|
| Deviant Innovations |
A small software company I founded which focuses on a rapid SDLC, speed to market, and communication.
|
| Bird is the Word |
Don't you know about the bird? Everybody knows that the Bird is the Word!
|
| Code-Slinger Blog Network |
I got a wild hair up my ass one weekend and decided to build a blog network that used the Facebook API and C# SDK for authentication.
It further plugs into Facebook for blog post comments, author avatars, and likes. I wanted to add a ton of other features, and other
APIs such as Twitter and LinkedIn; I was even going to share the ad revenue with the bloggers. Alas, nobody uses it. There is still hope.
|
| Code Slingers |
I was going to create a company called Code Slingers. I ended up going with a more professional name, so this is basically never going to be updated.
|
| Heretical Skeptic |
I am an ordained Minister and Archbishop of the Universal Life Church of Modesto, CA. It's a nondenominational church which allows me to preach sermons with legal authority.
In this vanilla Wordpress vlog, I address and undermine some of the fundemental beliefs of the worldwide mass cultural delusion that is God. Yeah, that's right,
I'm an Atheist Minister.
|
| Silverlight Out of Browser |
A domain I bought as an experiment to measure the effect of keywords in a domain name, for a search query I already had good Googlejuice for. Conclusion: Links are more effective.
|
| Tsilb.com |
This site; an index of the major places you can find me online.
|
| CowHut.com |
Alternative search engine interface for YouTube with features like filtering by upload date. You'd think a search company would have thought of that.
|
I bought most of these because I figured I'd do something with them. Of each, I've either changed my mind, not gotten around to it, or have deprecated them.
if you want to buy one.
| Domain | Description |
| DomesticLabor.com |
I've lost 3 jobs to offshoring. I have a thing or two to say about it.
|
| ColoradoExcursions.com |
I drive for fun. I take panoramic pictures of large, sweeping vistas for fun. I stitch them together into 200-300 Megapixel panoramas for fun. I figured I could
stick something here regarding that hobby.
|
| ColoradoSpringsGrocery.com |
I tried Kroger Online Grocery Delivery and ultimately decided I didn't like it. I figured I might try out the competition and compare them all here. I live in Colorado Springs, so it made sense at the time.
|
Compare-SEO-Tools.com
GoogleJuicer.com |
Search Engine Optimization is a hobby of mine. Programming is a job and a hobby of mine. I figured I might build some basic SEO tools and sell them here, or put up a blog and milk the domains for ad revenue.
|
| CostCuttingMom.com |
If there's one thing I've learned from being single, and from having friends who have families, it's that families are expensive. That's one of the biggest reasons I've chosen not to have one.
But, upon realizing the sheer number of poor people who have more children than they can support (possibly due to the correlation between low intelligence and low incomes. Ignorant people may not know
how to use birth control), I figured there would be a lot of moms out there who want to cut their expenses. So I figured I could use this domain to provide tips that already exist in a thousand different
places, and to sell cheap crap that people don't need but will buy anyway because of the aforementioned correlation. Yeah, I don't lie.
|
| DamnedNice.com |
The first domain I ever bought, as far as I remember. I thought it sounded good. I was wrong.
|
| BlessedIdeas.com |
I figured this would be a good domain on which to sell religious knick-knacks, rosaries, whatever. Probably through affiliate programs.
|
| BluetoothForLess.com |
I figured this would be a good domain on which to sell discount Bluetooth accessories.
|
| CampgroundFurniture.com |
I figured this would be a good domain on which to sell Campground Furniture.
|
| CampgroundStuff.com |
I figured this would be a good domain on which to sell Campground Stuff.
|
| CarStool.com |
I figured this would be a good domain on which to sell booster seats for old people.
|
| ChangeTheAmericanDream.com |
I figured this would be a good place to explain my views on what America used to be, and what we've done to it. We need to get back to our roots as a country.
|
| CheapDoubleWides.com |
I figured this would be a good domain on which to sell mobile homes, obviously through affiliate or referral programs as I'm not about to keep them in stock.
|
| Christmas-GiftCertificate.com |
I figured this would be a good domain on which to sell gift certificates, and that I'd let my Googlejuice build up for the first 9-10 months or so.
|
Code-Slinger.com
Code-Slinger.net |
I'm a Cowboy programmer; a Code Cowboy. This was one of the alter egos I was considering adopting.
|
| CoedMeet.com |
I bought this domain just to park it. Figured the porn spammers would love a chance to buy this keyword-rich, short domain name.
|
| ColoradoBooksellers.com |
I figured this would be a good domain on which to sell books and eBooks.
|
| CribDirect.com |
I figured this would be a good domain on which to sell cribs and crib accessories.

Where to find me when I'm not slinging code haphazardly at my server.
